I initially liked the fake promises made by the management , so in a way this could be a pro for very few days!

Dislikes

Lot of internal politics within the top management. The management often teams up against the interns & emotionally, mentally tortures the interns. The management will keep on threatening you that you will be kicked out of the company if you don't overwork & deliver unrealistic results. They will pressurize you to work more & will tell you to not sign off unless you deliver unrealistic results. Some people in management treat interns like garbage. No matter how much you work, they will rarely notice it. The management manipulates & plays dirty mind tricks on the interns. They will sometimes judge you based on your personality test result. They will judge you from the place you belong to. The management will JUDGE YOU A LOT! A LOT. The management will also do back biting behind your back. They will make sure that you get less or no incentives by intentionally giving you clients that do not follow a good hiring process. They will do nepotism by giving clients who follow good hiring process to relatives & family friends of the management. Do not believe in fake promises made by the management in your initial days. They keep on changing the policies frequently. They want puppets & not interns. The management also reduces the promised incentive amount later. The fixed stipend is your real stipend as you will get very less incentives. You might be favoured if you are Marathi because then the management will give you a chance to earn more incentives but the management still can't be trusted. Management gets insecure on Monday because Saturday & Sunday is holiday, so on Monday they do stuff like, conducting Morning team meetings on Mondays mostly or will give you more work to do on Monday. Their insecurity will be clearly visible on Mondays. They have a potential to ruin your career if you have less experience. The top management gets insecure if you have good confidence in yourself & have a potential to be a great HR.
