Dislikes

Salary structure, some undeserving employees are over paid, some are underpaid. Example - The CHRO and founder's office role are so much overpaid, where 4-5 TA's can be easily hired instead of them. No personal grudges but they don't even generate a single penny for the company yet they are over paid. This creates dissatisfaction among employees.

Some projects have good WLB HRs are approachable

Dislikes

No standard processes for leaves, appraisals. No growth plan for employees, it is a third party staffing company No formal appraisal process- raises depend on client budget increases which is unfair since employees are on the company's payroll Salaries are never paid on time

No interference wrt work after deployment with client. HR conduct engagement activities regularly.

Dislikes

No focus on career development. Lots of unwanted variables in CTC. No performance review , appraisal. Blames client about the above ,but client denies saying they have no role wrt review and appraisal. Join this if you are no good option available. You must have heard hire and fire. Here ,they hire and forget.
