Less job security since most job outsourced, no HR policy for employee engagement for contract staff . Lack of management involvement in good HR practices. Less skill development oppertunity, slow career growth . Lack of coordination between inter department.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the that i am a part of a team that markets reliable high quality products and has a global client based. But on sitetravel is ckmpletely dependent on my project and clients location.

Compensation is decent but growth is fast. The work pressure is low .manager do not value an individual unique strength which is why i have to take back my suggestion most of times.There is no job training for fresher hence senior folts like me ave ti guide ghem strp by step whuch is a pain sometimes.
