RECPDCL provides salary without any deductions during lockdown and also didn't terminates any of his employees during these days.

It provides jobs on a fixed term contract basis(4.5 years) after that it terminates you.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the that i am a part of a team that markets reliable high quality products and has a global client based. But on sitetravel is ckmpletely dependent on my project and clients location.

Compensation is decent but growth is fast. The work pressure is low .manager do not value an individual unique strength which is why i have to take back my suggestion most of times.There is no job training for fresher hence senior folts like me ave ti guide ghem strp by step whuch is a pain sometimes.

Job security is average.Company should pay attention to their employees little more.

If some is working currently and there is an opening for senior post, company should consider the current employee if the credential is match with the Job opening.
