There is nothing best to say about Reckitt. It's just a name a Big Brand. Globally it would be best but in India its not. Only work life balance is the good part while working with Reckitt.

There is no job security, they can fire you anytime at any level. not giving good compensation even after performing well, i was shown doors. so one can understand where this company goes. They treat contract staff differently the way they treat onroll employees. No growth in terms of learning.

Compensation. They pay you for every task or activity they plan in any month.

Till you are delivering your targets you are good. One month you drop then you are bad for everyone in every field. Target delivery is must.

1. The salary offered in Reckitt as compared to other competitors is great. 2. Amazing insurance and DEI initiatives 3. Benefits for an HR keeping aside the sales team is pretty amazing. 4. Free evening snacks and good celebrations

...t can happen to you in Reckitt is if you end up working with Saranya as your LM. That woman will never be define to salary that she is fetching from the company. On the name of sick leaves she can take unlimited leaves and even then her leave count would reflect as 18 leaves pending. That woman will only be available to you when she needs something and if you need some closure on any topic she will be no where to be found. Absolutely pathetically manages her team. It’s not surprising that 3 people who have reported to her have left their jobs either by themselves or she has herself got them removed. No one can work with that lady. She doesn’t herself know how to work how will she teach others. Even management and people in the HR Bay knows she doesn’t work yet no will say anything can’t believe that Reckitt is willing to pay such people 42-43 lakhs while they crib so much to pay for the folks down there in sales

Travel policy is not good and also company force to complete the 3months notice period even after your next company is ready to buy out. Management plays with the future of candidates.

Poor leadership/ 3 months notice period/ no proper response during the notice period management will try to exploit you and cheat on claims and other benefits. Think twice before joining this organisation Very poor planing and leadership is completely bossy mindset
