I liked that i got to learn alot and handle tons of work myself and that my manager had confidence in my abilities.

Dislikes

I hate the work culture here.There is a ton of office politics and favouritism. Alot of unpaid overtime.Alternate Saturdays are working from office as well as manager and CTO expect to work on non working saturday and Sundays as well and won't give any compoffs or compensation and humiliate you in front of everyone for asking compensation and also the policy related to leaves are very bad as well.

Shocking work culture. The boss is a domineering person who keeps shouting & has a short temper and the staff are terrified of upsetting him. They will put others under the bus just to please him. Employees are sometimes fired on spot without any notice or proper exit procedure.

Corporate politics. In this company some people only will get benefits, who is very close relationship with manager and if you will stand for yourself means they will throw you out from organisation.
