As presently working with recpdcl as a project engineer in ladakh transmission 220 kV project where the flexi staff get only 12 casual leaves for a year .. there should be addition to casual leaves..... As working in TL line and in hardship zone where working is challenge we couldn't see our family for 6/7 months ...

Life and work balance because RECPDCL provide sufficient leaves & holidays along with Saturday OFF

Dislikes

No any job security because RECPDCL hire the FT & Flexi based which shall be extend yearly basis as per project requirement till 4.5 year. Posting always based on project state and always uncertainty in transfer.

Nothing except work life balance is great as there is very less work to do even more which is totally clerical and nothing to earn in the name of new skills.

Everything right from work culture to partiality towards flexi term employees
