The salary was reduced to 50% without even any prior intimation. There is a ton of work and nothing will help you develop or even sharpen any of your skills. You'll be asked to work on holidays and the tasks will be given to you mostly at the last moment & you'll be pressured to complete it in impossible period of time. You'll be asked to work for even extended hours. Everything flows from top to the bottom but if there is some issue or request that needs to flow from bottom to the top management, nothing will happen. They won't give any response.

The medical care scheme not only covers the existing employees but also the retired employees with Opd and Indoor treatments. The company has Boatd Approved promotion policy which helps its employees to reach high management level subject to their best performance. The employees turnover ratio is lowest in the Industry. The company has produced many Directors and CMDs.

Saturday sunday working 31/31 days working and sitting till 9:30 to 8:00. Family time personal life no more RIP to those who plan to join..

Canteen, festive benefits, work culture, management, company policies, near to metro station, work flow, time management, webinars, quizzes, co- circular activities

Dislikes

Some activities like tennis, carom and chess are restricted for participation of regular employees.
