Poor management. Poor salary growth. You can't expect anything from company other than workload. They never promotes female employee. Sometimes it feels like there is gender biasness. Extreme level politics.

If you are female all is good. Your salary your life speacially if you are female you will be promoted to SME Quality Auditor or Trainer within six months if you dont know the work also but if you are female will get promoted. So if you wanted to join become female first then all doors are open for you

... is just about nice and fancy words. He says AASify. He got the spelling wrong! Did i say, they are punctual in delaying the salary. And did someone think that being a food company, there would be canteen/cafeteria serving food. Welcome to the disappointment zone!

Long working hours, no work life balance, rude seniors, pathetic engagement, bad compensation, management is in the worst hands

Worst organization

Dislikes

The flow at rebel foods never gets ended they never care for over time given introduced new policy for double pay for working on week off but never pay for overtime or weekoffs. Favoritism is most preferred for worst employees although best treatment. Worst organization with worst management.
