Bad work culture Very long work hours literally worked for more then 17 hrs a day Some times we required to stay 2 days in company, which is ok but there won't be any recognition

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

No work culture No appreciation from seniors If by mistake you commit any commit any mistake the upper management will grill you and abuse you like anything No respect Less manpower so no matter even if you are a manager you still need to KST and housekeeping jobs like dishwashing and mopping Less manpower leads to no regular weekoffs they can call you anytime for there so called audits There regular attendance feature HRMS is very poor even if there is a technical fault you will still lose your particular salary. No savings can be done they are so strict with their products variance that if any single product like mozzarella cheese or long basmati comes short in day to day counting you need to purchase it from your pocket from outside to cover up the cost. No growth path once you became a manager. Very often transfer takes place so no permanency regarding particular area where you stay. Very much corrupted place people take companies money and later put fake bills to claim money.

There is lots of politics, salary is decent but the salary not defined the work that they take from their employees
