Management can hardly speak correct English They want to get work done but don’t pay vendors Females are not safe here They have a group and some employee can do anything to be part of the group specially female employees They need more people with less salary No medical insurance Rules are diff for favourites They make sure they make every employee show they are lower standards They can throw u out anytime with any self made reason Hard work not appreciated This company is run by brats who have just become rich Values zero Employee engagement and growth zero Employee exploitation is a fun for them They show off their money Worst company I have ever worked with They feel high when they insult employees coz they think they are gods They will not grow further as they don’t respect anyone

I like growth opportunities here . In the annual R&R ceremony held last month, I was promoted & given a 40% hike in the pay scale . This has really boosted the confidence and faith in the company . Salary disbursement is always on time . I get the complete job satisfaction here as I know I will certainly be promoted based on my performance . The formal dress code suits my personality .

Dislikes

I don't like the interior of my cabin . It should be more funky and creative .

I like the FOP policy of the company for females. As per this, the measuring employees are allowed paid leaves & work from home without any salary deduction. This really means a lot for women as there are days when they know about their body's situation. This really promotes the female employees & boosts their morale. The management itself has substantial women representation.

I think the free parking facility should be extended to all the employees.

... this company as they focus on skill developement. Company culture is very good. I have issue at my home town so company have me 45 days salary without coming to office. I must say they treat us as their family.
