...of training they will just tell you about the company's owners and what they do. * They will put a lot of pressure and TL's use abusive language on floor and at site * No proper lead system * Salary is not on time (standard delay of 20-25 days) * No travelling allowance for official travel * PIP is given just before salary disbursement to avoid giving pay out for that month * Some people who have left the organization have not got FNF * They will terminate you on spot before a proper discussion * Gents and ladies washroom is same * Some TL on floor have no manners how to talk to someone * I tried to apply for loan but got rejected because this company has very low paid up capital. * Company will ask to work on weekoff Over all worst company to join.

Unacceptable Salary Delays: Employees have been working without February’s salary, and this is not the first time. The company has a history of irregular salary disbursal, terminating employees whose incentives are huge and due. The management remains silent & does not care enough since they are always busy partying. Is this how professional organization operates? Threats Instead of Answers: Employees asking about their rightful pay are met with threats of termination. HR has no accountability and functions like a paralysed department only to offer scripted excuses. Work Without Boundaries: Official timing is 9:30 AM, but leaving is considered luxury. Employees are expected to stay indefinitely, sacrificing personal lives while salaries remain unpaid. Selective Spending: Grand events, political networking, and extravagant celebrations continue while employees struggle. How is there money for parties but not for the workforce that keeps this company running? If this reaches the management before HR team getting this deleted then immediate salary disbursement is not a request—it’s a necessity. If not, a large group of unpaid employees might start taking action, exposing the firm before the world, and start negative promotions on your events. If company does care about their employees reputation why should employees care? Fix this before tomorrow or else serious consequences will follow starting Saturday!

Overall there is nothing to like about this company. You will learn and experience a lot about real estate.

... want you to provide your own car or bike but they will not provide any parking. You have to pay 80 daily from your salary. 5) No Convenience paid to employee for any official site visit. 6) 9 hrs Shift Fixed and no overtime payment. 7) Manager say 6:30 hai to kya hua 7:30-8 pm se pehle uthne nahi dungi. 8) No Working Environment feels like they are all dead from inside. 9) HOD doesn't know how to behave. If you dont agree to him he straight away says dont come from tomorrow. 10) Feels like they treat employees like dogs. 11) Incentives and Commission never paid on time in sales. Most Important > Company pays you salary but your company expenses will be so high that it feels like you are paying back to the company. For eg. If your salary is around 23k in hand as a fresher from that salary you have to pay 40 for bike and 80 for car parking daily, monthly will be 2000 fixed. Then they will not pay any convenience for official site then add petrol charges also avg will be 8000 per month. Then add your travel expense from home to office and return avg 3k-4k per month. Then add miscellaneous expenses 2k-3k per month. What will you take home 5000 only. How can you survive ? Thats my personal experience, figures used are for explaining only not the actual figures.

Everything. They deduct salary but never explain why this deduction happened. Seniors always disrespect juniors. Even they don't thik that there sales persons are also human. They took work for 12 hour. Never pay incentives.

This company is very stressful. Salary is delayed for 2 months, no proper appraisal. And they don't allow leave. Manager and HR don't support the employees. It's been a tough and disappointing experience.
