Great work life balance, very much supportive management, positive working environment, salary on time, wonderful work culture. Working hours are flexible with being in office for 8.30hours and have to login by or before 11am and log out only after 5hours and this hours they call as collaboration hours. If gets late or need to leave early in these hours needs to take approval from HR, which without hesitation they approve. Suggestions are welcomed by HR & higher management, they will listen to you and support you. Happy to be a part of RealThingks.

Dislikes

- Complete work from office but do understand and provides WFH when requested for genuine reasons. - No onsite opportunities. - Leaves are only 25 so would want them to raise the numbers.

Likes

Company Culture, Job security Work Life balance, Project leads, Management. In some cases, like emergencies they also provide work from home if absolutely required, even though they have no policies as such. Employee engagements.

Dislikes

Work from home or hybrid policies are not there, but they do have flexible timings which I haven't find it anywhere.
