The knowledge of application of CCPM methodology is the only good thing. Rest perks are taken care of by the client, so that's not what Realization pays you.

...s that the variable bonus component was a lie. Project Directors aren't leaders. Salary is low when compared to other TOC and CCPM competitors

There is nothing to like about this organisation. They are trying to implement TOC with a very poor inhouse software.

...mall with only 25-30 resources in India. Also, they default on monthly salaries. Didn't pay for around 8 months. The organization is known for micro management and works in a very specific way. All project directors lack in technical understanding of construction projects. They schedule meetings only after office hours (starting from 8 or 9 pm) and generally extends till 2 or 3 am. This is a general trend and not a one time thing. It's a complete trap. Avoid if you have any other option.

The best thing about RZ is that there is ample scope to learn the technology. Every developer or tester can explore and learn the tech stack. The experience I have gained here in just a year is comparable to what my peers would have in 5 years.

Dislikes

There is no such strong company policy with regards to benefits, leaves, LTA, etc. There is barely any strong administration as you would normally expect in any big company. Work pressure is usually such, that there is no scope to optimize the code unless it comes back to developers as a bug. Testing should be automated, other that that the development takes ample time to be corrected by such few testers.
