Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!

I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. I was confident that it was a mutually beneficial situation. My advice would be to choose your job wisely, create value in the right place, and don't be afraid to negotiate.

Work from home, best onshore account manager loved working with him, salary, work life balance is great, night shift but easy to manage, good hike and bonus if you put efforts it will be recognised, everything is basis merits...

1. Training is not effective- they give trainings but not effective not standard sop for trainings. Working people shareing their knowledge. If they working wrong new people's could learn wrong 2. New people could need time to show their talent, company could lose good potential

Real Foundation is one of the worst company. Especially in Data Services Team. Management and TL's are not supporting to the team members. There is no proper training and i didn't get working system for first 50 days. Worst team handling by Managers and TL's. There is no any career development in that company. During Interview they told about roles and responsibilities, once we join in the team our work will entirely different and totally frustrating things will happen with the worthless managers and TL's. If any one will get a call from this company please reject the interview. Honestly saying that i wasted my career for 7 months.
