No job security,try to hold dues sallary by mnagement,work culture is good.Management is also not good ,they try to blame on employee and hold the dues salary after acception of resigning letter and handed over documents and others. Company policy is also not satisfactory.

I dislike the management policy,they try to blame the employee and hold the sallary .There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue.

... but no care of employee.Always think about one-way.Emloyees are not sutisfied .They are not paying salary timely also dues salary not paying after four years. Exgeritia suppose to pay end of every year ,but nothing paiying.
