Believe me they'll destroy your career and horrible management, SHALINI AND UTKARSH are the worst type of leech and horrible beings of the organization. Rude, I'll mannered and unethical. Don't join them and save yourself from the exploitation. HR doesn't give a darn about anything, Anyone can be asked to do anything. Worst organization, they'd show their mentality and tell you that they won't pay you.

No job security, they fire for silliest of reasons, HR and Finance guys shout and scream on everyone Nothing is good, no culture of good behavior. They'll ask you to leave if they don't like you. No appraisal even after 3-4 years. Yet no salaries on time or fnf, they don't even acknowledge your resignation. Horrible and terrible management. Lala company

...D & CEO of RE/MAX INDIA & the entire management is helping him in this process . They hire employees with fake promises but don't provide any TYPE of salary even if any one decently achieves his / her target . NO JOB SECURITY AT ALL . DON'T WASTE YOUR CAREER BY JOINING IN there .

...n aim of MD gaurav marya is not to pay you. Salaries are not distributed at all. if you want to work without salary then go ahead and join them. HR is the top favorite department and they have multiple ways to harass you

their intention is not to pay you and if you ask, then they will remit a paltry amount of 15k as a great favor and gratitude coupled with threats they stop even the conveyance

What I liked the most is Flexible working culture. In my office people where concern about the work. If you deliver the work in stipulated time then you are good to go! No pressure or overburden work.

Dislikes

There is some external factors that will influence your income/job. If the company is not making any business then don't expect salary! In the time of corona I have seen people are not getting paid, Layoffs etc.
