Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!
I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. I was confident that it was a mutually beneficial situation. My advice would be to choose your job wisely, create value in the right place, and don't be afraid to negotiate.

Teammates are supportive.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Company policies & appraisal are not fair and logical. There has no employee compensation & Benefits (P.F, ESI/ Health insurance policy).

Company work culture and policies are terrible. There has no appreciation/ values of honestly working rather than oiling. Higher Management team does not follow official rules and regulations. Don't know how it becomes a Limited organisation. There have no benefits.

Dislikes

Employees are being terminated with out notice and a valid reason. Higher management team is nothing to know about corporate office culture. Here employees are treated as like grossery shop. Most important thing Some illegal activities and operations are executed under the roof of RDQ Tradingswala Technologies Ltd. as per best of my knowledge.
