First we thought the company will always think about his employees. But now we work hard ,although not getting the expected salary we were promised. They promised lots of things, but now after the covid , work lode increased but food , cab facility money that company is not investing now for work from home, but we were not getting that. Although our department manager will help alot for our safety and security, but its not enough. RDM should give more opportunities to their new colleagues, those were promised to be confirmed ,but still not. So please think about this.

...ss management 4.It's 5days company in now in work from home we working 6days. 5.Not good salary no career growth here. 6.Work environment so poor teammates doesn't support much. 7.Every new member resigns after months cause of bad environment or behaviour. I'm also stucked here cause of covid.

A very good place for a fresher to give a head start to his career. Work life balance is comparatively better I guess as one would get ample time because this company has three shifts (morning, evening and night). Morning and evening shifts are of 7hrs and night shift is of 10hrs. One can learn and gain as much knowledge as possible. Very helpful seniors and supervisors. Regarding compensation and bonus this company provides fix %age of yearly bonus and that you would get just before diwali. The best thing about RDM is that it never fire its employees, for example if a process gets closed then the affected employees would be shifted to another process unlike in other companies.

The negative thing about this company is that the salary structure is very poor although there are other benefits such as free meal (Bikaner wala) and non AC cabs. The employees in the senior management level are reluctant to work for the reasons best known to them. Growth opportunities in this company is very poor as this company is best for fresh and ambitious employees I repeat ambitious. There are employees who have been working in this company for the past 25years I mean since its foundation and they are in the senior management level such as Senior Managers, HR Managers etc and they are highly paid and are also provided with luxury cars. But certainly in today's world you are not going to spend your precious 25years in a single company. I have been working in this company since 1year and whatever I have mentioned is all from my point of view. I started as a fresher and now I have thinking of switching my job.

I was working with RDM pvr Ltd for 2years. The company is extremely good in terms of food and products training but in terms of transportation you'll be getting both side non AC cabs example Tata Sumo. Working hours is great never extends but hard work people never admired here because of Highest level of politics and senior management thinks that the salary and increments will be given from there bank accounts. Increments happens every six months as per company policy but that to get 2 months late. If you're rich and want to do job just for a time pass not for money please join this company ASAP. Last but not the least, Company never gonna fire you until and unless you do not murder anyone...

Low salary, No incentive plans, less Increments, no growth.

It was my first corporate so I really appreciate this company to help me learn a lot . I really thank this company . I can say for new joinee it's best to learn and start their career.
