... in the company, but still I can appreciate some good points of this company. 1. Till the last day (before resigning) I have never seen any delay of employees salary credit. 2. There are some policies of celebrating if they can achieve the goal of monthly sales. This kind of policies motivate employees.

Dislikes

...y me but also all my ex colleges whom I've seen to resign, faced the same thing. When I left this company I was a trainee engineer, and it was my first job, so I did not have much knowledge about the procedure, and they took full advantage of that, they cut out my last month's salary, and they managed to do that just because I missed keeping some documentations.

...ation and benifits are good here, Training and learning facilities ar very good. Stqrting salary is very good for freshers.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics in the workers, behavior of manegers are very bad, work life balance is very bad. Compulsory 12 hour duty and sometimes they make you to work for 24 hour continiously but does not give leave for that. According to policy they allocate enough leaves to employees but manegers does not allow to take leave even in serious situation.

Good work environment and culture is being maintained. In these tough times company did not debuted any salary, also gave appraisal on time. Group insurance introduced for employees benefit. Continues reward and recognition to employees working on the front. Over all one of best ready mix concrete manufacturing company to work with in India.

Dislikes

Nothing there to dislike. RDC has made me what I am today. Mentors which I have got, I couldn't had gotten anywhere else. I thank RDC for the person I have become professionally.

They has not supported me through COVID-19. Also they terminated from job and not pay any single rupees from lockdown to till date .

Dislikes

They give the job by giving false promises. Bad behaviour performs when the need is over. If ask recommendation for job I didn’t give any recommendation for RDC Concrete (India) Pvt. Ltd.

Salary is on time, lot of fun activities like trips and sports will be arranged every now and then

... plant because there is a manpower issue They will give you senior position as per their requirements but won't increase the salary, if you asked more salary they will further give bad feedback to head office
