...tional structure 2. I just feel I am not rewarded enough for the work I do here. Unfair Pay. 3. Outdated Systems and Equipment. I often found myself frustrated by the limitations of our system and company laptops. This issue really reduced my work efficiency. 4. Basic Facilities - In Summers, its really difficult to work in the humid environment. Its the basic thing a employee can ask for AC - After several reminders, washroom cleaning has always been an issue. - For the coffee an employee has to pay. In which company have you seen company charges for coffee - If someone falls sick or wants to rest for some time, there is no restroom or even a bed to lay down 5. Monday to Saturday same office routine with Holiday only on Sunday. 6. There is no proper canteen or cafeteria. If anyone at any point of time is hungry or wants a have something, no service on that

low salary, sunday sandwitch system in leave bcoz most trains are on weekends, need "strongly" need AC. all staff, hot water machine and breakfast shop or any type of this..... ''WE ALL NEED AC''

good environment for work. but it's lala company. for example 2 guy with same knowledge, with same work exprience , work ON SAME POST IN Company but both guy get differrent salary, if any have family jack or known then u lal laal la. u got handsome salary and good post...
