The Company is open to innovation & readily adopts latest technology as we deal in cash management of replenishing various Banks ATM's all over India. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that Markets reliable, high quality & timely operations of ATM's all over. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various culture background & we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. The work pressure is very very high all the time, as we deal with cash. I have to work around 16 - 18 hours straight in a day, as I have to attend MSP calls in the evening & sometime late into the night. I do receive appreciation emails from my clients, banks & MSP but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also ther is no on-job training or freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which need to be improvied.
