very unprofessional and v v unfair. No matter how much hard work you have done or business u have got for the organisation, there was no recognition. Had to fight forincrements and rights every year besides being the best performer

I got to learn about new things in this office by interacting with alot of people in my field

They don’t give job security. First i was on contract and then they chuck me out when i needed them most in COVID 19. My boss was way too rude and shouts as if we were there servants not employees and she make people cry in front of everyone

Its very good platform for Fresher who seeking there future in the field of Event. The Necessary strength in working this company are..(i) Welling to travel & (ii) Time Management. I am very happy to work with this organization, learn lot of business marketing ideas, got experience to work many MNC's mainly like....Siemens, Mitsubishi, Philips, Maruti Suzuki (NEXA), HP, Dreager, DuPont etc.

Since It is my first job i have learned a lot. I have learned about how to work in a team, how to work in a corporate environment, how to take responsibilities of your job.

I have joined as a telecaller but then looking at my performance i was promoted to marketing team and the i started learning the client handling and execution part as well. It has been an overall good experience for me. the things i have learned at RC&M will surely help me in my future as well.
