compensation is considerably low and very limited opportunities for growth. Not preferable for long term association. Overall management is restricted to few senior staff and there is not much scope of growth outside their preview.

Exposure to work and responsibility is a good experience to have. Overall, potential employees can target RBSA as a workplace to get associated for about a Year or 2.

It is a Good Platform to Learn and Deliver, If you have interest in enhancing knowledge and execute, Seniors are very knowledgeable and supportive, they will be like mentors and guide you.

Few of the HR policies and Salary scale compared to similar level competitors

Not supported efficiently. Immediate salary cut, not given promotion to deserving people, behaving weirdly during this covid period .

Dislikes

No employee benefits at all.No PF, no transport, poor company culture. They can't take feedback gracefully. Lot of office politics and no promotion to deserving people.

Company gives wide range of experience in finance field and also get good exposure on different types of assignment.

Dislikes

Compensation is very bad less salary from other mnc which can be given if want to sustain employees and minimum working hours cap is 9 hours which means you can not go home before completing 9;hours sometimes you need to early but it's not possible here. growth is also slow.
