Old RBS was good. Now it has become a machine and we are treated like cogs in machine. No human consideration

Dislikes

The management is worse. Very inhuman management. Has bo process knowledge and expect us to work like a robot 9 hours a day

Respect on my job is the first thing that comes to mind when i think about working in Natwest Group. All employees are respected well and have a very good work life balance culture. I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team.
