New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. An poor job culture for those who look forward in their life, with less new learning & growth.

Job security - Excellent

Dislikes

Too much working hours here, no extra pay scale for that. Project manager putting mentally pressure on employees. On Sunday also they work. Company didn't care about staffs health as well as workers, the thing that they only focus is production. No provision for yearly increment.
