You will never get chance to use your skills and most of the time trainers do only tele calling, work assignment are not relevant to training. Training structure is not good only induction training and branch visits are there, you will never get platform to enhance or utilise your skills.

branch working time is very bad 08:00AM - 10:00PM, incentive calculation, work timing, after exit staff Clearence, working software, EOD timing, Promotion culture and senior management system is very bad and hear politics is very high in senior management.
