Salary too low and too much work load and most importantly no respect from parents ,management and heads even if you are senior teacher working for many years

The ever worst place where I had worked in my career is RBK Teachers Professional Development Centre. Worst management authorities. They give priorities only to those trainers who have less knowledge in their expertise subject and talent. As a student neither you will gain knowledge and experience nor as a staff you will enjoy at your workplace. There is no positive atmosphere for professionals.

Dislikes

Partial behaviour of management and director, towards their staff. This place is not good for hard working and talented people. Neither u will get respect nor justice towards any wrong mishaps happen with u. Less remuneration is paid to a person with high qualifications and experience whereas person with empty mind vessel is getting good amount.
