Salary is decent and better than other schools in the vicinity. Classrooms have lots of space. Huge turf ground.

If salary is the main concern and you can face any torture. humiliation and insults then please join RBK Global School Principal Dr.Shitala Prabhu is a dictator. And disrespects teachers and support staff. Co-ordinator Bhanu Fernandes Humilates students. Boys and girls cannot talk to each other. if found talking then principal and coordinator insults infront of all. No freedom of speech. Creativity is not appreciated. No proper space for teachers. Washrooms are horrible. Absolutely no growth for teachers.

Not so good place to work only becasue the coordinators n management is super irresponsible policies on paper n in actual is way different. Loved teaching kids n had a few colleagues which made work motivated

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
