Salary credit on time always. No salary deduction or holding back during COVID. Deserving candidates are given opportunities for growth and promotions. Get to learn a lot of skills, however training is not always provided and exploring on own is recommended. Encourages New ideas. Employee friendly environment overall.

Dislikes

Workload is too high. Too much multitasking expected. Lacks structure and streamlining of work. Appraisal brackets are low. A few Policies are not employee friendly. Reporting to multiple people. Job security is a concern at times.

Likes

Dislikes

- Delay in decision making sometime - 1,3 & 5 Saturdays are working. (Half day though)

Likes

The working environment is very positive and healthy. Each and everyone in the organisation works collaboratively and shares their knowledge with each other. All the branch members are connected with each other. Employees are motivated with rewards and management takes care of the employee which makes easy to balance work and family together. Welness sessions are often conducted to ease the stress and feel relaxed. RBK management has taken care of each and every employee ecen during the tough times when pandemic had hit very bad. Employees were paid full salaries on time. Whatever said about RBK would be less as I had an excellent experience with RBK as ai have grown here tremendously.

Dislikes

There"s nothing that I dislike about RBK.

The management authorities were very cooperative,teachers were hardworking, freedom to innovate and good infrastructure

Dislikes

HR department not very good. Policies not defined properly by them and not proactive or positive. Appraisals not done as per observations.
