Unholy work hours sometimes, but depends on the position you're working in, my position required me to meet clients and I'd have to do so at the clients convenience and hence had to work even outside business hours. But the bank follows a fixed timing in you're not required to meet clients outside business hours.

I am working as a Off shore resource in this company, My main employer is capgemini. ONshore clients are very supportive and understanding and these people who went on shore from capgemini and are promoted to higher posts they are like very terrible persons even they don’t know how to manage there off shore resource, they think we are robots and we have to work, they are just ordering even they are not understanding we have a life too they make us work till 3 am we are working total 16 hours a day. if someone is reading this please don’t take this account to work

no work life balance, long working hours, mangers are not supportive the way they are talking to us is very bad just we are daliy wages workers

Call centre, what's there to like?

Extremely high sales pressure; verbally abusive manager that I had to preserve my sanity and resign, then lodge a formal case of facts against everything with the Government department. I wouldn't recommend working here even to the devil!
