They say at the time of joining that promotions and salary can be raised anytime and they don't go by the traditional way like (Hike or appraisal or promotion) at year end. But the truth is that day never comes. If you ask the managers even they are like i don't know when will that happen but it can happen anytime. Guys there is a clock to everything and these things should be done on time in organisation.

HR are just puppets here, if you have any concern they'll give you "Goli". Management doesn't care about employees working remotely. They are just afraid of German laws that's why people working in Germany in their corporate office are safe. For the rest employee welfare doesn't exist. This company doesn't care about employee career or theri aspirations or growth. They just keep promoting people who are their in corporate office. People working remotely has no value in this organisation. If you really want to work with them. Go to Germany don't work remotely.

Politics, No employee welfare , they will change your profile as per their wish, even if your career goals are not aligned with it.

There's nothing good about this organization. My advice to all working professionals: avoid joining, as you may end up regretting the decision. They can terminate your employment unexpectedly, blocking your access within hours. This reflects the company's culture. Although the CEO is Indian, he seems to lack a clear vision for running the organization. Overall, a very disappointing experience

This company has significant issues. They hire and fire employees without clear reasons, treating them more like machines than individuals. It seems they prioritize hiring from countries like Pakistan and the Philippines, possibly to cut costs by sourcing cheaper labor.
