...e employees to ask how were they managing everything or if they needed anything. Moreover there was a 56% of salary deduction for almost 7 months. Just to add it's been more than 1.5 months since I'v left the organisation and I have not recieved my Full and Final settlement which they have no response to. They just keep telling you to wait for no actual reason. The thing is that they are trying to cover their losses during the pandemic out of their ex-employees' Full and Final or PF amount.
...hings got worse afterwards. During COVID-19, company isn't supporting that much. Started deducting 55% salary from the 1st month itself. Also, told us that unless and until market situation gets better, we'll keep on deducting.
Store is good. Apart from that, we're way behind other brands in terms of ready made. Need to learn a lot more. Most of the times, issues do not get resolved quickly. Management is slow to react.
...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
They are not supporting us in any way I have been layed off with 1000 + other employees.
I was forcefully asked to resign and now I am getting just 25% of the salary..
The salary structure and growth rate was not up to the industry standards also the company ended up losing the best employees over a phone call by forcefully asking them to leave.
The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high_quality products and has a global client base. As a result l get to travel abroad, especially to the us and Canada. But on site travel is completely dependent on your project and client,s location.mine is a us based client and they have some affices in toronto., Hence l got a B1 visa quickly. Another puls point is that my colleagues come from various cultural background, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re- hire policy here.
Compensation is decent but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 12_15 hours straight in a day as l have to attend client calls in the night. Mangers do not value an individuals, unique strength, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciations emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid- year appraisals. Also, there is no no - job training for expiration, hence senior folks like me have to guide them. Step-by- step, Wich is a pain sometimes.
