Though this vertices is new in the Raymond Group, they have developed a unique culture among staff to achieve big targets with team work and collaboration. There is continuous engagement activities to boost collaboration among departments. There is trasperant and open culture.

Dislikes

As the team is growing will need to improve on more collaborative Spaces in office.
