Remote and the pay, nothing else. The owners and management on the Indian side run a fascade claiming to be the happiest and growing company in the world. Don't fall for this trap, a manager who left told me that they paid to get GPTW certified.

One fine day suddenly they asked me to leave with no reason. I am a good performer and hold a senior position still all these was not counted and just because my salary was in the higher side they just asked me to leave.

No effective support in terms of work. Management is not supportive too. They’ll just say that it’s performance based company if you don’t perform you’ll loose the job. Their training is useless. You can’t perform until you’re well trained.

Dislikes

No work life balance, working 11-12 hours is an expectation from managers ;however, no overtime pay for it. HR says this is usual and is the expectation. No support, planned onboarding for managers throughout the journey Majority decision making stays with partners at Phreesia. Leaders are not deeply involved in business and they know what you are telling to them. If someone is not great in showcasing his/her work, no one cares to dig down. In short, they see what one shows, which is not true always. No timely resolution to the genuine concerns like resources planning, hiring. Partner doesn't value or consider innovative suggestion manager talks about. It's no straight on the face.
