There is nothing to like about that company. I would like to know everyone that company is a big time scam so please never go for Rays they don’t clear the salary .

...o - owner Rakesh kha and HR - Komal Gupta are all family and they scam together. They treat their employees as slave and don’t pay the salary also.

...y Travels from last 9 months and it has been a great experience for me till now. Even in the lockdown period company provided the whole salary to their employees there were not any kind of deductions. Employees got increments also in their salaries.

Was there for the interview for the TL Quality but the HR wants to check my ability through a Quality Executive only, that was very embarrassing for anyone who is experienced in the same domain from last 8 years. So I can't say any positive things for this company, cz they don't have any particular hierarchy to follow, for me its a Lala Ram Shop only. Naukri.com should avoid such companies to post their job opening in their portal, cz the HR of this organization are simply a dishonest for the job seekers and wasted time only.

I like the way Management works here, they promise you something and in last you feel like being bluffed, HRs have not back bone here.

They change this process anytime, there is no SOP and if you dispute they have Management group including Anu and Sam their boss and one blind man as their Manager who made the decision to fire you anytime. Cheap thrilling workplace to work, I will leave this company soon
