One of the worst company I ever seen, They don't give salary on time, 2month to 3 month late. They offer you as a permanent job.but after completing of 6 month they not make you permanent. No work no pay system, total South Indian Monopoly and lot of politics are going on in comapany culture.

South Indian (kerela) Monopoly is the most dengerous in this company, no value of North Indian people. South Indian (kerela) people get more benefits and facility then North Indian. Total non technical staff available in this company.

I have seen that he is very helpful to the Kerala people, but not to the Hindi people.

The biggest problem in this company is the salary problem which comes after 3 or 4 months.And the PF which is deducted is sent to the trust. You can't even watch online and can't extract.And the company doesn't even give bonus. Haven't received anyone's bonus for 5 years

Ray eng. Co. is very good.i t taken great care of Its Employees and tha salary frothing is also good.

Tha managment system of the company is not Correct. Employees salary come late and no one listens in the head office.

Company is not giving salary on time . now itself my 2 months salary is pending.they are not providing any bonus.work time is 8 to 10 on 6 days and Sunday also duty available..but not getting any benefits. they offer salary 24000 and till now that is 15000.

...nagement is transparent. There is huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
