...irty area 5.water purifiers were not working wasted time by raising tickets 6.salary and benefits were poor no proper salary no proper hikes after 1.5 years they given hikes for a excellent performer it was 10% 7.worst technical manager his name is vasu and he don't know any technical stuff if any resources explaining him he will not listen 8.Vasu having very bad communication skills even management also know this and he will always add na at Last ex I said na said part is having 17 yrs industry experience still he is using ai tools for composing very formal simple email 9.Company will not bother about your problems When we support for a project or team same support we may expect from manager and management they will directly refuse to support us 10. Dirty politics when you do lot of new things which will value add to management also that credit will definitely stole from us and they will give their puppets or they will stole 11. Management/Manager driven HR department nothing in their hands they will never follow single HR Policy

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a bond of 3 years before which you cannot resign.

For Freshers it is ok,If you don't find any good company then only consider.

Most Irresponsible management ,After 6 months salary hike ,if you resign salary back to old salary ,last month salary you need to forgot.

It was a horrible experience working with ray business technology. They give the worst salary to freshers in the name of software development. They don't give any training or learning experience. They give less time to learn and more burden on freshers. They expect freshers to be like experience coders and they have a terrible bond system which is illegal and also to capture the Candidates they take their original documents for security purposes of the person has signed the bond whivh is not legal at all. They have harrased many people after taking their original certificates and also they ask for fine if the person wants to leave the comoanu before bond period. Pathetic company. Please learn outside and get a good job but not this atleast.

Their bond system and in the name of training they put us in projects with uselles experienced people... They don't even teach properly but like to taunt. No professionalism.
