there director was not good. he does not support and cooperate with their staff. even not promoted them, so how people work will work at that environment. and there are so many reason that staff do not support Rawal Institutions.

I have been working in rawal organisation and there is a Good and healthy environment, Helping nature people all around, good colleague s, nice to work

Dislikes

Work pressure is very high, and less motivation and no appreciation.

Likes

Working atmosphere, creative infrastructure and landscaping, family atmosphere etc.

Dislikes

All are good, expect roads to reach rawal institutions. Some more shops should be opened nearly campus to purchase needy things at emergency.
