Only thing I liked here was some Indian Managers, the only managers in India provided support, good backing in every project, great exposure, good learning curve thats it.

Dislikes

Exploit the employees, burnout, strict timings even for lunch break and tea break and washroom breaks even, always threat of layoffs, atmosphere of fear on the floor, working after hours, working weekends, low pay, no hikes, worst work culture, peak politics in management, the favourites with worst performance are favoured like anything. The founder simply does not give a ....The so called US management just want to fill their pockets and secure their job only. Recently they brought a India Head which was again ask to leave, the poor guy who came with a vision only guy who was about to bring a change in the company. So called US management just wants some one to nod yes yes on what they say. Typical gunda's in management. The major point of failure of this company is they don't want to scale, the top ones are satisfied with what they have and irony is that this company does not have any sales team, they rely on mouth publicity, What on earth in time on AI era these guys are expecting! Major mass resignations have still not opened the Mr Patel's eye, what exactly is the issue. I had huge respect for the guy when I had joined the company, but later the picture was real, he never had any word or dare to ask the employees what exactly was wrong on the floor.

first of all, they are liar. It's Support job not DevOps, surprise night shifts. Have office only in Virar not in SF, USA People from upper mgmt are gundas of virar. They understand nothing. Good if you can smoke drink with them. Frequent layoffs, check ppl who work for raw engg, you will find they left in 3-4 months bcos layoffs if not then they're from viva college, who have cartel there. Be jobless rather join this company. 5-6 WFO (ignore HR who will tell you WFH)

I have started my career from this company and it is one of the best organization to start off your career as it gives many learning opportunities. I have had best memories here and the best part was team outing and celebrations. I was part of Cloud/DevOps team and its was one of the best team because of the coolest people and the manager Aamod. Even though this company is in Virar, the management is from USA. They celebrate all Western cultures as well Indian so you get to enjoy best of both worlds.

Which company doesn't have little politics or some hatred. The worst part was Layoff which made many people scared and insecure.

Nothing. They started layinf off good people and people who are from virar working from ages are not layoffed they know each other. No Job Security.
