Very less hike in the initial years I worked also there is no wide opportunity of learning here.. If you are billable resource, you can't switch the roles inside organization by upgrading skillset.

I have been worked 5+ years in RAVSoft, i was really enjoyed during my work times. I never feel any pressure situation , project crises or misunderstand between teams. Colleagues are always be friendly. Every 3 months you will be get performance bonus and team dinner (before pandemic). I got very good yearly appraisal all time. If you are really done your job well, you should be get very good yearly hike. But think about that all time someone from management might keep watching you.

Very old stable projects are being maintained by RAVSoft, so you don't get any skills and leaning. There is no automation testing project, if they hired you for an automation projects might be you will be assigned on some other process. Then your Automation career will be comes to end. Nine hours you should be want to sit in front of system, tool will track your system idle times. Mobile phones are strictly not allowed in side the offer premise.

The people with strong background like financial and political background can work without doing any tasks or work in the office.

Dislikes

Not a safety place for young girls black magic company They show partiality. HR wont respect the talent and she mostly do politics. For HR job security she can hire any lower middle class people and destroy their name through black magic
