no job security no salary on time, director not HOD is a decision maker of this company. she do partiality with everyone. we hire the people she terminate them due to unnecessary reason. i spoil my 6 month don't spoil your carrer over there.

Please don't come to work here you will have to keep 1-2 months of salary in advance. They will give your salary after 2 months so obviously you will have to keep your 1-2 months of salary to company. People working here have more than 6 months of salary with the company. Thats the reason only old employees stays and all the new employees leave before 6 months. Hr will not reply to your calls msgs, you have to keep pushing yourself for your thing. Boss will start taking meetings after 6 so that employees have to wait till 9:30- 10:00 thrice a week. Work environment very toxic, no work ethics. For every official work you have to spend money from your pocket and then after 15-20 days you will get that money. They can't even provide quality drinking water to employees. For Tea you have to pay from your pocket as even after having 3-4 office boy you have to buy tea from outside. Every individual working here have CCTV camera above their head, boss have ample amount of time watching CCTV. You can't even use phone for 5 mins , boss will send you a photo that you are using phone since 5 mins. Like having ample amount of work he is choosing CCTV watching. Please whoever is going to Join this company don't ever think to join here as they have no money to pay to vendors, flat owners will come to your office and might beat u for your Boss's mistake, and luckily boss won't even interfere if you are getting beaten. So save yourself from this Toxic unorganised Company.

Everything don't waste your time and money here. they appoint you on your demanded salary and on salary time first they start delay and in last they terminate you. Be safe from this company. they have not pay my salary of 1.5 month

...nt letter until employee verification is turn positive. So be careful about it.. delay in salary 45 days post of joining the date. No rules whatever the head HR n director dance on the moves... If they don't find you relevant your terminated immediately and crazy policy there is no remuneration. Gossip is hr team... Too many cases... Harrasment new joinee is policy. They you give most tempted offer to join.. but if you know the culture... N all site delay by possession no improvement. Pretend at good behaviour by director then pass by useless hoo aap. Funny things if you ask for salary yr going to beg till you get.. even if yr sick then yr gone out..! Office environments chilled 40-50 employees max .. everyone goes out for break.. pretty sorted 10-6 timings break in between employees run to give interviews. All thanks for head hr deepali herself doesn't know the base of hr... Put whatever targets ! Don't get in trapped. Rest in peace!

I had work in this company and the company has outstanding because they gave salary benefits for the employers and working environment is too good.
