Nothing good in the company

Everything is bad there no salary increment Lala company unorganised kind of company upper management don't listen to frontliners just putting nonsens things on sales team. Waste of time illiterate people are there . Putting intern with high salary rather than promoting internal staff who have given years to company. No leave management you won't get any paid leaves .

As I observed sales candidates are getting good pay here but when compared other companies it's a bit low

Dislikes

I'm not having any good experience in anything they won't even given a training session and they pay too low to employees. And most probably they hire based on references(among them mostly unskilled)

Timely salary and expenses. Helping coworkers.

Dislikes

The company has lots overnight policy changes ,company lack customer orientation culture, not much innovation seen in products ,lack in vision , poor growth .

Overall Acceptance of the product in Market,the people known to the brand

Dislikes

Company can lot need to do on its product ,as per current trend in Market to compete competition. The company needs to think for training for its Employees.

Job security is very good, until you can die

Dislikes

Descrimination in company benefits between office and process people. Work culture is very bad. No importance for process people even having good qualifications.
