...ork environment, Monopoly between old employees & they can mentally harass you.. they get into your personal life to harrass you, You won't get your reimbursements it's just on paper, no job security they can fire you anytime & won't give you your salary & other benefits, if you want free wala tension then you can join Immediately, they can cheat employees, channel partners and customers as well. Worst worst company in entire thane

Fugitive on-paper salary and incentive, beggarly at actuals. Behind aggressive sales culture, enormous harassment and ill treatment. Organizational policies are just namesake, can back fire you, never know. Extremely unpredictable on job security, one fine day may ask to put down papers.. There's nothing to like about this company..

Nothing, only work pressure all the time. They call you on sundays/ week off days also. All their works are delayed due to payment issues and no proper decisions.

No proper appraisals Abusive management, they treat you as their personal No respect for employees

I am working in this company since last 16 years it is a extended family to me.all of my Directors and my colleague are very good in nature supportive and understanding.training was good there was a job security but lack growth in my career with no proper appraisal since 2013.there is no politics involved .I have learned a lot from the company good working environment innovation but no work life balance.thank you.

It feels honour to working in a project having good fame and my team mates and team leaders are always here to encourage and to support every time,there are a lot things still I am learning and as per my carrier growth its too beneficial to me.we are always trying to do better construction for quality,our efforts for customers satisfaction and our too.

There is no value of hard work only value of chaplusi no value of u follow instructions or not value only if u do chaplusi there is defamation going on throwing out people on unnecessary grounds which are totally baseless they only satisfying each other's ego n throwing out other person no proper things going on. Lots of partiality is going on. Etc no value of loyalty hardworking towards your job.
