Never gives expected salary as per designation and workload and increment cycle is comes after 2 years . Increament is also very less .

All team mates are good,training to fresher is average,job security is not good because if there is no load then then there no work for you,for career growth its ok,salary is very less as compare to work,no travel,you have learn so many things from this company,working environment is very good.

I don't know what is the situation now but when I was there, working culture was not that much good. Over expectation from boss. Bad words from boss. I don't know if still he is working there or not.
