Working Timing is flexible at any time you can come & go by prior permission of the manager. Can go to home for lunch if your home is near the site of 5 km to 8 Km.

Dislikes

...loy for better career growth of individual. Politics in some of the departments. Accounts department has instigate management to change the HR policy for the site & sales employees who got the 2 or 3 Times of the salary as their leave encashment of their saved leaves. Increment is done by partiality some of the employee have not completed 1 yr still they got the increment & another employ did not get it. Management is not provide at incentives or bonus for any employee for best work. No appreciation from the management for the best dedicated employees. Employs are not vocal for their own words. Not Employee friendly company.
