It is a good place to learn, but growth in the company is slow. The salary is not always enough for the work. The company has strict rules and fixed timings, which can sometimes delay decision-making. There is no cafeteria.

Yes Ratna sagar have some good side also. They provide salary on time. This is the best part of this company. The director of this company is very humble person. He understand the problem of employees if he get positive notes from chief editor.finaly you get every pending dues from company when you leave this organisation. Thats it. This is how i like Ratna sagar.

Dislikes

All managing editors are big politician they prefer to gossip and smear the boss more than work. Also very unorganised project manager you found here. No any fix time to go back home its may be midnight sometimes. Chief editor is very rudely behave with employees. This is the good example of LALA company.

During the COVID work done smoothly and no Single deduction in salary. No extra appraisals for good, experienced employees inspite of their quality work, give above average salary to new editors, no matter how terrible they are in their field, after 2018, got increment finally which is very low, new editors getting much higher package but their output is not worth it.
