In my more than 22 years of working, this is one of the finest companies I have joined. awesome top management, a very supportive middle management and a very talented and hardworking force makes it an ideal place to work.

Dislikes

Workload is pretty heavy and salary is on the lower side (at least mine is)... Don't know about others.

Likes

Ratna Sagar has a friendly a supportive work environment where colleagues help each other and teamwork is valued. Employee get to learn about different areas of publishing, edition, and content development. It is a good place to improve skills and offers job stability. The workload is usually manageable.

Dislikes

It is a good place to learn, but growth in the company is slow. The salary is not always enough for the work. The company has strict rules and fixed timings, which can sometimes delay decision-making. There is no cafeteria.

Likes

...sessions with children which proved to be a great asset in creating schoolbooks. Another perk of working at Ratna Sagar is timely salary and job security.

Sometimes the work gets too much but the management makes sure that the tasks are divided among the team-mates and the products are best quality.

.... Moreover, the work timings are quite comfortable, plus we get the weekend off. The salary is also credited on-time every month.

One thing I don't like about working at Ratna Sagar is that during peak times, the work can get very hectic and stressful. Additionally, there's no cafeteria. Rest everything is fine.

Yes Ratna sagar have some good side also. They provide salary on time. This is the best part of this company. The director of this company is very humble person. He understand the problem of employees if he get positive notes from chief editor.finaly you get every pending dues from company when you leave this organisation. Thats it. This is how i like Ratna sagar.

Dislikes

All managing editors are big politician they prefer to gossip and smear the boss more than work. Also very unorganised project manager you found here. No any fix time to go back home its may be midnight sometimes. Chief editor is very rudely behave with employees. This is the good example of LALA company.
