Learning good experience from Company MD they both are very hardworkers and intelligent

Growth is slow and the work load is very high plus increment and incentive not regular paid in time event salary is not paid in time

Every thing especially job security. On 31st at 07:00pm suddenly you came to know that company fired you without any reason and you are job less on next day. It happens to most of all employees.
