... starts scolding people to discourage them from asking for their deserved raise. They don't even provide salary slips, and there's a 10% deduction from your salary which you only receive after leaving the company. After you leave, they will mentally harass you and make excuses like "Sir is not available, we need sir's signature" to delay the payment of the 10% deduction, promising it in the next month. The HR department is also very rude. As I mentioned, their behavior changes drastically after you resign. If you need any documents, they treat you so rudely that you wonder why you wasted your energy and time there. I regret working there, especially since now I have to join another company at the same payroll because I didn't receive any increment. Its disheartening to feel like I'm starting as a fresher despite having more than four years of experience. Overall, my experience was very disappointing, and I would not recommend this company to anyone seeking career growth and fair treatment.

I am working here for past 2 years, It been a great learning journey. I got a lot exposure in terms of design and production. Working environment is really nice. There are no restriction for designers that really helps us to create better.
